Underwriting support is broken. PDFs everywhere. Submissions in inbox purgatory. Risk clearance takes hours. You’ll lead the team, rewriting all of it with precision, performance, and production-grade intelligence.
Our agents don’t chat. They act. They extract, route, flag, compare, and complete tasks the way an experienced insurance ops team would – only faster.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect multi-agent systems that orchestrate real-time decision-making across underwriting workflows.
- Build and scale LLM pipelines that read messy documents and turn them into structured, usable knowledge.
- Design feedback-driven workflows that improve dynamically based on quality, risk, and context.
- Guide your team through model optimization, deployment, and evaluation, ensuring every build is production-ready.
- Be the go-to expert for GenAI inside the org and the glue between ML, product, and engineering.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years building AI/ML systems with multiple production deployments under your belt.
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration (LangChain, DSPy, or similar).
- Strong Python engineering skills and an eye for scalable architecture.
- Leadership experience – mentoring, designing systems, and steering product-critical work.
- A scrappy, startup mindset. You figure things out. You unblock your team. You ship.
- Bonus: Experience with document intelligence or insurance-specific data.
